港大博士講座：班尼與朱古力工廠

Speaker: Dr Benny Ng

This talk will use chocolate as an example to arouse students’ general interest in basic science. After the talk, students will learn the three phases of matter, identify and predict the physical state(s) of matter using the phase diagram, and understand and appreciate science in everyday life.
